By submitting payment for a Black Women Invest ("BWI") Partnership Package, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Application & Selection Process: Purchasing a partnership package constitutes an application for consideration and does not guarantee acceptance as a Black Women Invest partner, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, or featured business.

2. Right to Decline: Black Women Invest reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or decline any partnership application for any reason, or no reason at all, at its discretion. BWI is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its decision.

3. Non-Refundable Payment: All partnership package purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued if the applicant chooses not to participate, or if the applicant is unable to fulfill the partnership requirements.

4. Refunds will only be provided if an application is not selected,

5. Program Changes: Black Women Invest reserves the right to modify event schedules, presentation formats, speaker lineups, partnership benefits, or program details as reasonably necessary while maintaining the overall value of the partnership package.

6. Agreement: By checking this box and completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that my payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
